Curtis Brothers

Curtis has been a B.O.N.E.S. volunteer with his wife Betty since 2014. Curtis has been an Internal Auditor, a Managed Care Financial Analyst, and an Operations Manager. He has served as a firefighter/EMT and a soccer referee. Curtis and his wife Betty live in Webster, MA and have five children and five grandchildren, and are active volunteers and foster home for B.O.N.E.S.

Cathy Fitzgerald

Cathy is a Boston area native who, along with her husband are the proud servants to three of the best furry kids in the world! She has over seventeen years experience in hospital management in both human and veterinary practices. Her professional background is in business management and she holds a Master's Degree in Healthcare Management and an undergraduate degree in Computer Information Systems. She is currently working as a freelance photographer and business consultant. Cathy has been an animal advocate for over fifteen years, a "foster failure" times two, and a beagle lover for life.

Elizabeth (Ibby) Nathans

Elizabeth has been a volunteer with B.O.N.E.S. since 2005 and most recently has been involved in the adoption area. She is held in high regard by everyone on the adoption team and has a flair for making great matches and following up to make sure all is well. Ibby has much to bring to the Board. As a Dean at Harvard University and Boston College she has been involved in, among other things, team building and development of start-up programs. She has also been involved in rescuing animals since the late 1960's and has the desire to help B.O.N.E.S. continue to grow and become a strong organization for the beagles that need our help.

Clay Odell

Clay has been involved with B.O.N.E.S. as a volunteer since 2012, and is the dad to two B.O.N.E.S. alumni, Snoopy and Herbie. Clay has been a paramedic since 1985, served as Chief of the New Hampshire Bureau of Emergency Medical Services, was a flight paramedic for Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center, and is currently the executive director for Upper Valley Ambulance in Fairlee Vermont. He also has a background in business management and is a registered nurse. He and his partner Ann are crazy beagle lovers who live in Lebanon, NH.

Elle Siniscalchi

Elle lives in Massachusetts with her significant other Chris, and her two beagles, Boston and Sadie. Elle received her Bachelor's Degree in Marketing from American International College, where she also studied Accounting. In her previous professional position she organized and coordinated events for up to three hundred employees. She is organized, detail-oriented, reliable, and thrives on ensuring that even the smallest details are done to perfection. Caring for Boston and Sadie is Elle's true passion, as they are the two most important beings in her life. Elle's deepest interest and motivation is helping animals and she is very excited to work with B.O.N.E.S.

Sharon Vartanian

Sharon joined B.O.N.E.S. in 2005 after adopting her first beagle, Ms. Lucy. She has been involved with various non-profit organization for over 40 years with her focus primarily on animal rescues. With a background in business, management and staff development, Sharon brings a business focus to the organization. Sharon joined the Board in 2009 and has held the position of Treasurer since then, working closely with her team, other members of the Board and our directors to ensure that B.O.N.E.S. is financially sound and in compliance as a MA and Federal non-profit. In addition, Sharon helps with transports and serves on various committees. Sharon lives in N.H. with her significant other Jack and dogs, Jimmy, Scout and Frankie - all former B.O.N.E.S. rescues.
