4 Year Old Male
Needs to be your only child
(No kids, No dogs, No cats)

Jo is one of those beagles that we have helped in the last year that truely needed lots of extra attention and work. He had a rough start in life being bounced around from home to home and in and out of shelters. Jo is a great beagle that has so much love to give for the right home. Jo is house trained. He will need an adult only home with out any other animals. He will need work on training and obedience daily. Continued work with a qualified trainer that only uses positive reinforcement. Jo would benefit from a regular routine with about 40-60 minutes of exercise a day.Jo know some basic commands; sit, stay, lie down, come. Jo is just learning agility so if some one wanted to continue work with him on that it would be a big plus for Jo...

Jo is truely a special needs beagle that needs the right home environment and dedicated owner. He truely is a "rescue" dog..when other's may have given up we had a trainer work with him to overcome his fears...

If you are beagle/dog savvy and looking for a loyal companion and willing to put in time and energy everyday to continue to build Jo's confidence and bonding we would love to discuss this special beagle with you in more detail.
